ABOUT

Bohol is a province of the Philippines, in the country’s Central Visayas region. It comprises Bohol Island and numerous smaller surrounding islands. Bohol is known for coral reefs and unusual geological formations, notably the Chocolate Hills. On the main island, near the town of Carmen, these 1,200 or so symmetrical mounds turn cocoa-brown in the dry season, contrasting with the surrounding jungle’s greenery.

HOW TO TOUR AROUND

1211-2018-042418177089137383784.jpeg

I recommend Kuya Jessie as our driver/guide for the Countryside tour and Panglao Island tour. Here is his contact information 09503925615 (Globe cellular). You can also arrange deals with him, and he can also suggest other places you might want to go.

There are available vans, taxis, and motorcycles that will offer you tour packages. You can negotiate with them if you’re a smaller group. If you are traveling alone, you can join with a group tour. In my case, it would be difficult to join a group since I went there on a holiday and it’s time-consuming also. For less hassle, you can also book for tours online here.

WHERE TO STAY

Whether you are on a budget or you want to use up your resources, here are some of the websites that you can get your hotel booking:

I stayed at Aliria Bed & Breakfast since I’m not traveling with a large group.
