I have a theory.
Moving on doesn’t mean to forget. It’s getting over the memory when you sit in the same spot where you used to eat together. Getting over the memory of the list of movies you used to watch together. The places you’ve been, and all the things you did together. The moments in every moment slowly fades away its meaning to you. You get over the words he promised you, the things he gave you. The things that used to be something for you now mean nothing but lessons. So, my theory of moving on is not forgetting the person or the memories. Probably somehow you can with the memories but never will you forget the person who taught you an important lesson you never knew you needed to learn.
